CASE STUDY 03 / LEAD OPERATIONS / INTERNAL STUDIO BUILD

Relay

A lead-to-appointment engine that qualifies intent, responds immediately, routes the opportunity, and gives staff the context to act.

THE PROBLEM

A website can create demand while the business behind it still loses momentum. Generic forms arrive without useful context, every inquiry waits in the same queue, customers repeat themselves, and staff must interpret, route, and rebuild the story before anyone can take action.

THE THESIS

Lead generation and lead operations should be designed as one connected customer journey. When intake, qualification, response, routing, booking, staff briefing, and measurement share the same logic, a website stops creating another inbox and starts moving work forward.

WHAT WAS BUILT

A system—not
a feature.

  1. 01Industry-specific guided intake
  2. 02Intent, urgency, and context signals
  3. 03Transparent qualification logic
  4. 04Immediate customer-response drafting
  5. 05Team routing and next-best-action selection
  6. 06A concise staff brief and measurable event trail

HOW TO TEST IT

Experience the
evidence yourself.

Run a realistic plumbing, water-treatment, or medical-office inquiry. Change the need, urgency, location, and context, then inspect the score, response, route, staff brief, and next action Relay produces.
